Raine and Horne Double Bay Mercedes Benz C Class Coupe Competition

1. You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible to enter this competition.
2. List and sell property for Auction or exclusive Private Treaty between 16/9/09 and 1/9/10.
3. Have a property that is managed by Palmasgold PTY LTD (trading as Raine and Horne Double Bay) at the time of competition closing on the 1/9/10.
4. The winner will be drawn and announced at the Auction on the 2nd of September 2010.
5. The draw will take place at Raine and Horne auction rooms Level 1, 365 New South Head Rd Double Bay 2028.
6. The result of the draw will be published at www.rhdb.com.au on the 2/9/10.
7. Should the contract of sale not be unconditional the entry to the competition will be void.
8. Transfer of ownership of the prize shall only be affected once the contract of sale has been made unconditional.
9. Staff and Family are excluded from entering the competition.
10. An independent scrutinizer will be used to ensure that the records are kept impartially and will conduct the drawing of the winning prize.
11. You give Raine and Horne permission to market you as an entrant and/or winner of the Mercedes Benz C Class Coupe.
12. The prize is a Mercedes Benz C Class Coupe and on road costs including registration.
13. The winning car may differ slightly from the model featured in all advertising material.
14. Comprehensive insurance is not included in the prize.
15. In the event a vendor also refinances their home loan with Fine Line Finance PTY LTD this shall entitle the entity to a second entry into the competition. Loan value is a minimum of $300,000. This is limited to one entry only from Fine Line Finance PTY LTD.
